Recently featured on Grand Designs New Zealand Scott Ede Design is a small Cromwell based business, designing homes for individual home builders and developers across Central Otago and the Southern Lakes.
Digital Revamp
This project involved a new website build with our partners at Motion Digital, combined with full Project Management, Design Assistance, Copy Writing and populating the new site. The new website was launched in conjunction with a rebrand of the companies Facebook Page along with the introduction of an Instagram and LinkedIn account to reach both existing and prospective customers across both new and emerging online channels.
On-going Support
This Digital Support was underpinned with engaging Content Creation, reflecting the business offline activity online. Now, more than ever it is important to engage ‘Word of Mouse’ as much as Word of Mouth to drive business growth and maintain on-going communication with customers. Customers are online and so businesses need to be too.
Customer Feedback
Since the launch and with on-going support the business has increased engagement on Facebook by over 200% and gained hundreds of followers across social channels, receiving brilliant feedback from friends, customers and local suppliers.
